Patient App (Indici)
Allow patients to view and manage their health information on personal devices.
PROJECT
A patient facing mobile & desktop app that empowers patient to view and manage their health information and keep up-to date with their Primary Health Provider. Patient Portal provides the functionality to view/book appointments, view and contact care team members, request medication refill, view immunisation schedule, contact the PCP through secure chat and view billing information.
MY ROLE
Starting from creating persona for the primary user, conducted internal design thinking workshops with stakeholders, prototyping, user testing and finally the visual designs.
